1. When will my order be delivered?
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and the product category. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
2. How do I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS. You can use this ID anytime on our Track Order page to check live status.
3. What is your return or replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, with tags, and in original condition. Mandatory unboxing video is required for damage or wrong product claims.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may apply for a return after receiving the product.
5. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, simply contact us within 24 hours with the unboxing video. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
